For Who? This class is accessible for all levels. Life gets busy – Yin is all about slowing down and connecting.

About this class: This practice was designed to relax the body and quiet the mind. Poses are held for 2-10 minutes to relax muscles, restore joints, release tension in the connective tissues of the body, balance the energetic system, increase flexibility, and help cultivate a meditative state. Props (eg. yoga blocks, bolsters) are used to aid in your relaxation throughout this practice. You are welcome to borrow studio props or bring your own.
