    An accessible, challenging, healthy all-levels hot yoga sequence linked with breath. Great for those new to yoga!

  • Modo Music

    A challenging, healthy all-levels hot yoga sequence linked with breath set to music. A consistent, regular practice in Modo is recommended.

  • Modo Karma Class

    A reduced-fee $5 cash donation Modo class where all proceeds are donated in support of not-for-profit organizations. First come, first serve – suitable for all levels.

  • Modo + Yin

    An energizing and rejuvenating practice offering half Mod postures and half Yin poses. Suitable for all levels.

  • Modo Flow

    A challenging and invigorating flow sequence. Postures are linked with breath and sun salutations with downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Modo Level 2

    A challenging and healthy intermediate Modo yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles. Practiced in reduced heat, suitable for all levels.

  • Yang Yin

    This class is all about balance. The first half is a strength building vinyasa (flow), followed by a Yin style series to truly and fully relax mind and body. Reduced heat class, accessible for all levels.

  • BlissFlow

    A more vigorous class intended for those who have attended numerous Moksha and/or Moksha Flow classes, or have a regular, consistent yoga practice. 

  • Vinyasa Krama

    Vinyasa Krama yoga is an ancient practice of both physical and spiritual development, and is a systematic method of practicing and adapting yoga for the individual and individual class. Intermediate practice, some experience with yoga is advantageous. Non-heated/reg temp class held in the Dharma Room.

    Yogassage combines the benefits of long, passive yoga stretches with the deep tissue release of massage.     Yoga Nidra is a style of yoga that focuses on rest and deep states of conscious relaxation. Benefits of this practice include physical, mental and emotional relaxation and improved sleep. Non-heated/reg temp class held in the Dharma Room.

    Restorative yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga that uses the support of props to hold you in a posture so that you can relax. Non-heated/reg temp class held in the Dharma Room.
