MONTHLY AUTO RENEW PAYMENT: billed automatically to your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or Visa Debit on the same date each month:

  • $119/mo auto-renew
  • Intro Month Discount: sign up before your Intro Month ends to pay only $109/mo auto-renew
  • Community Rate 15% Discount: pay $101.15/mo auto-renew if you qualify:
    • Student – full-time with valid student ID
    • Senior 65+ – with driver’s license or other ID card showing DOB
    • Veteran and/or member of the Armed Forces – with ID
    • Employee of Eastern Health – with ID or pay stub
    • Employee of a not-for-profit organization – with a current ID card or pay stub
    • Certified Yoga Teacher
  • All membership fees are non-refundable, non-shareable and non-transferable.
  • Note: Intro Month discount cannot be combined with the Community Discount Rate. 


MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION FORM

  • You can request to suspend your monthly membership for a minimum of 14 days to a maximum of 90 days.
  • Additional holds and/or extending the hold duration beyond 90 days are subject to a $20 fee. Fee is waived for medical reasons or injury.
  • Complete the online form at least 2 business days in advance of the hold period start date.
  • Your request will be processed within 48 hrs with confirmation via email.
  • Membership automatically reactivates after the hold period ends.
  • N/A for One Year/13 Month Prepaid Memberships.


MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FORM 

  • 7-day notice by completing the online form in advance of your scheduled monthly payment date.
  • This requirement is firm, no exceptions.


LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW POLICY:

  • 2-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel your class online or from your Modo Yoga app up to 2 hours before the start of class to avoid losing the class or being charged a $10 no-show or late cancellation fee.
  • Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Any unlimited member that cancels a class less than 2 hours beforehand will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee to the credit card on file.
  • No-Show Fee: Any unlimited members who do not show up for their pre-registered space in the class will be charged a no-show fee of $10 to the credit card on file.

TRAVEL PASS REQUEST FORM

  • Monthly auto-renew and annual members can request a travel pass to another Modo Yoga Studio.
  • Travel passes are valid for up to 14 days maximum.
  • There is a limit of 5 travel passes per year, per studio per member, with a minimum of 30 days between use at any one studio.
  • 7-day notice in advance of the travel date by completing the online form.
  • Your request will be processed within 48 hrs with confirmation via email.


LEGACY MEMBERS: LIVEWELL OR FREEDOM MEMBERSHIPS:

  • Your membership will continue to auto-renew at the same monthly rate as per your original membership agreement for as long as you choose to be a member.
  • To suspend or cancel your membership, refer to the process outlined above.
  • Note: if you cancel, you forfeit your current rate.
